This residence was designed to achieve a simple and elegant elevation while meeting the client’s request for massive front columns and a larger balcony portico. The bold columns create a strong and grand visual presence, giving the façade a sense of stability and prominence. The extended balcony portico enhances the front profile, providing both functional shading and a spacious outdoor feel. With clean lines, minimal detailing, and a balanced composition, the overall design delivers a neat, modern, and timeless appearance.

This residential project was designed around a key client requirement: avoiding conventional wall paint to achieve better durability, easy cleaning, and low maintenance. For all major spaces—including the living, dining, bedrooms, kitchen, pooja, and bathrooms—we used a thoughtful mix of PU-coated finishes in highlight areas, OST sheets for seamless and durable wall coverage, premium laminates for a modern wipe-clean surface, and wallpapers to introduce texture and warmth without paint. The overall design follows a contemporary style with clean lines, warm wood finishes, and integrated lighting that enhances the ambience. Every material and finish was carefully selected to balance aesthetics with functionality, resulting in a home that is elegant, practical, stain-resistant, and long-lasting.

This project features a simple and elegant elevation designed with a clean modern approach. The façade uses a balanced combination of grey and white shades to create a neat and timeless look. CNC-cut elements are introduced to highlight specific focal areas and add subtle design interest. Carefully planned lighting enhances the elevation, bringing out textures and details at night while giving the home a warm and welcoming appearance. Overall, the design achieves a refined and contemporary aesthetic with minimal yet impactful elements.

The foundation system uses RCC beams and rock beams alternately up to a depth of about 20 ft to ensure strong load transfer and long-term stability. The architectural and structural section follows the traditional South Indian Rajagopuram style with stepped proportions, while incorporating clearly defined RCC slab levels at each tier for structural support. This approach maintains the visual character of classical temple architecture while applying modern engineering methods, achieving a balanced blend of tradition and structural reliability.
